We’re Allay Realty Group - a boutique property management team powered by RE/MAX Metro Atlanta. We manage rental properties for owners who want the job done right and their time back.
The Allay Story
The name says it. Allay means to relieve - to ease a burden. That's exactly why we exist.
Allay Realty Group grew out of a family of real estate entrepreneurs who spent years watching property owners get treated like account numbers. Big firms with big portfolios and no idea who you are. Automated responses instead of real conversations. Maintenance requests that disappeared into a queue. We thought it could be different. So we built something different.
Harrison Thornhill founded Allay with a simple idea: property management should feel like having a partner, not a vendor. He grew up in the business - real estate was the family trade, and the values were baked in early: do the work with integrity, put the client first, and show up when it matters. Before launching Allay, Harrison cut his teeth at the Ritz-Carlton, where the standard wasn't "good enough" - it was whatever it takes. That mindset came with him.
After graduating from Emory University in 2014 and spending years in the Atlanta real estate market, Harrison built Allay around a straightforward promise: we manage your property like it's ours, communicate like real people, and never make you chase us for answers.
Today, Allay manages single-family homes and small multifamily properties across metro Atlanta. We're small by design. Our owners know us by name. They have our direct numbers. And when something needs to happen with their property, they hear about it from us - not from a tenant complaint two weeks later.

Harrison Thornhill
Founder & Associate Broker
Harrison grew up in a family real estate business, where the rules were simple: work hard, do right by people, and never cut corners. After graduating from Emory University in 2014 and honing his service standards at the Ritz-Carlton - where “good enough” wasn’t in the vocabulary - he built Allay around one idea: property management should feel like a partnership, not a transaction. He’s been in the Atlanta market since 2011 and has been consistently recognized among top producers. His owners don’t just stay - they send their friends, family, and neighbors. That kind of referral doesn’t happen by accident. When he’s not managing properties, Harrison is probably exploring a new Atlanta restaurant or finding the next up-and-coming neighborhood before everyone else does.
Leslie Thornhill
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations
Leslie keeps the numbers clean and the books straight. She manages owner disbursements, vendor payments, and financial reporting - the behind-the-scenes work that makes sure everything runs on time and to the penny. If you’ve ever wondered how your owner statement got to you so fast and so accurately, Leslie’s the reason.
Jairah Lopez
Property Services Coordinator
Jairah is the person making sure your property is taken care of - day in, day out. She coordinates maintenance requests, schedules vendor work, manages walkthroughs, and keeps every property in our portfolio in the shape it should be. When a resident submits a maintenance request, Jairah’s the one making sure it doesn’t just sit in a queue. She follows up, follows through, and keeps both owners and residents in the loop.
Jane Lynita Love Sakay
Marketing & Leasing Coordinator
Jane runs the leasing engine. From professional photography and listing syndication to renter inquiries and tour scheduling - she’s the reason properties in our portfolio lease fast and lease well. She also keeps Allay’s marketing sharp and consistent - managing our social media presence, creating content that showcases our properties and neighborhoods, and making sure every touchpoint looks and sounds like us. Because the way we present your property matters just as much as how we manage it.
