Basic Requirements

To be eligible to apply, you must meet these basic requirements:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide a valid government-issued ID
Household income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent
Meet credit, background, and eviction screening criteria (view screening criteria)
Provide landlord references or a non-occupant lease signer

Proof of Income

Paystubs from the last 2–3 months
Employment offer letter (if recently hired)
Tax returns or bank statements (if self-employed)

Landlord Contacts

Names and contact info for landlords from the last 2 years
