Our regular, ongoing fees are all on this page - management, placement, renewals, and optional add-ons. But property management involves a lot of moving parts, and over the course of a residency, things come up that are hard to capture on a single pricing page. The full detail is in the management agreement, and you'll have it to review before you commit to anything.

On our Standard and Complete packages, you don't pay a management fee while your property is vacant - that's covered by the vacancy guarantee. On the Base package, a minimum fee of $99/month applies during vacancy. Once a resident is placed and paying rent, your management fee is calculated as a percentage of rent collected.

Yes. If you own four or more rental properties, we'll put together custom pricing that reflects the portfolio.
