Week 3: We Launch
Your property goes live on the MLS, Zillow, Apartments.com, and 20+ rental platforms. Inquiries start rolling in. Showings get scheduled.
Week 4+: We Manage
Applications come in. Every applicant goes through screening. Lease signed. Keys handed over. Rent collected. You're officially hands-off.
What We Need From You
Keys or access information. Current lease details. HOA contacts. Utility account information. Insurance documentation. That's your homework. We handle everything else.
Your First 30 Days
Regular communication on marketing activity and applications. Full access to your Rentvine owner portal. Smooth transition for existing residents including portal setup.
The Handoff
If you have a resident in place, we introduce ourselves, set up their portal access, and take it from there. They get a better management experience. You get your time back.
