Areas We Serve

Atlanta Property Management, In the Neighborhoods We Know Best.

We don't manage properties in 30 states. We manage them in the neighborhoods where we grab coffee, walk our dogs, and know what makes each block different. From Midtown high-rises to Decatur bungalows, we know the rental market block by block.

Metro Atlanta. Inside and Outside the Perimeter.

Our service area covers 25 neighborhoods across intown Atlanta and the surrounding communities, from the urban core of Midtown and Buckhead to established suburbs like Sandy Springs and Dunwoody, and the distinct character of places like Decatur, Virginia-Highland, and Grant Park.

Every neighborhood has its own rental market, its own character, and its own quirks. A 3-bedroom in Kirkwood prices differently than a 3-bedroom in Brookhaven, and it attracts a different renter. We know the difference, and it shows up in how we price, market, and manage your property.

And as our team grows, so does our footprint. If you don't see your neighborhood listed, give us a call. There's a good chance we're already there or on our way.

We Manage Where We Live

Pricing a rental in Atlanta isn't a zip code exercise. It's knowing that the east side of a street in Virginia-Highland gets more foot traffic than the west side. It's understanding that a Decatur listing with "City Schools of Decatur" in the description will lease faster. It's recognizing that a Midtown condo near Georgia Tech has a different seasonal cycle than a single-family home in Grant Park.

That kind of knowledge doesn't come from an algorithm. It comes from being here.
