For Real Estate Agents

Refer a Client. Keep the Client.

The reason most agents never refer property management is the quiet fear that they will not see that client again. It is a reasonable fear - it happens. So we will start with our answer to it rather than bury it three sections down.

The Client Stays Yours

The landlord clients you refer to us remain your clients. When one of them is ready to sell - that property or another one - we send them back to you. We manage the property. We are not looking to take the sale.

That is the whole arrangement, and it is not complicated on purpose. We would rather have twenty agents who keep sending us landlords for a decade than one commission we took once.

The Referral Fee

Paid broker to broker, from our broker to yours, the way referrals always are. Nothing unusual to set up and nothing for you to figure out.

Call us before you send someone over and we will confirm the arrangement in writing first, so it is settled before anyone talks to your client.

What Your Client Gets

  • An honest read on what the property rents for - including when the answer is disappointing
  • Marketing and leasing that does not let a good property sit
  • Screening we can explain, applied the same way every time
  • Maintenance handled without a call to them at 2 AM
  • A real person on the phone during business hours

You Will Hear Back From Us

When you refer someone, your name goes with them. So we close the loop - you get a note from us about what happened, whether they signed, whether they did not, and whether we turned out not to be the right fit.

You should never have to ask a client how the introduction you made went.

Send Us a Landlord

Reach out with the details and we will take it from there - or call and talk to someone who can answer for the arrangement directly.
